COMPANY HISTORY

After working for another garage door company for many years, Jeff Whyte started his own business. In 1994 he started Apple Valley Garage Door in Apple Valley, MN. Jeff’s son, Matt came into the family business in 1998 and his son, Jordan joined in 2001. The business focused on repair and replacement of residential garage doors in the South Metro Area and was known as “the spring replacement specialist.” In 2014 Matt became the owner of Apple Valley Garage Door. Currently, Matt continues to do service work and installation with his two employees, his brother Jordan and his father in law Paul. Apple Valley Garage Door remains a friendly, family owned business just like Jeff had envisioned developing almost 25 years ago. Apple Valley Garage Door proudly services the entire South Metro Area.
